This week - actually, today - at midnight for 2 hours we feature 4 channels of the best newer arrangements of the Swing classics as we surround you with beautiful music during a feature we like to call 2x2xTuesday (we first played it at 2pm).
We'll be playing the first 3 (of 6) LPs from the QS/RM boxed set from 1974; "Brass Voices Swing!" -
In addition to the obligatory commercial breaks, we will fill out the 2 hours with more hits from the swing era - but these will follow the original big band arrangement and are part of the Enoch Light library - So there you have it - taking a bit of a break from the Christmas play list, but it will be back - let not your heart be worried
