Any one here using the Fozgometer?

So if I remember correctly, the Space and Image Composer had a azimuth light that helped set up the cart. So Jim in 2010 came up with the Fozgometer, to do the same thing but more precisely, anybody using it here?

I do wish I could use one to better dial in my cartridge alignment. But seems like would be a rarely used item for me so hard to justify the cost. I would really want to just borrow or rent for a day or two.
