DVD Audio Extractor issue with Jamie Cullum DualDisc

I’ve been trying to back up to flac the DVD side of this DualDisc, which is 5.1 DVDA 24-48.

On Step 1, all is good, it shows Surround and in the frame below it shows MLP (48khz 24 bit 6CH)

This is where it gets weird, Step 2 under the Channels dropdown menu, it only shows options for Mono and Stereo.

I tried converting it anyway and it was indeed in stereo. Any ideas why the surrond option has disappeared in step 2? Has this happened to anyone else with this or any other disc? Using DVD AE version 7.6.0

iirc you have to untick the box and deselect the last track as it is Stereo only
