Just purchased a 'used/like new' Fiio Alpen E17 DAC/headphone amp. Was hoping to use it to sweeten the sounds from my 120GB iPod classic. My younger brother has experienced great results with his E17/iPod combination.
Unfortunately, the Fiio L3 LOD (Line Out Dock) cable required to connect the E17 to the iPod isn't standard issue with the E17 and doesn't appear to be readily available any longer. There is a Fiio L1 LOD cable that is available and appears to meet the same functionality of the L3, but it apparently isn't anywhere near as robust and reliable as the L3.
Can anyone here help me obtain a Fiio L3 LOD cable?
