Today I went to their website and found this:

Klicktrack is now going out of business, and it will no longer be possible to purchase from our site.
We have been very grateful for your continued support.

There is a page of free downloads, but as far as I can tell, only the PCM files are actually available.

Very sad news, baffle. I've purchased quite a lot of their multichannel SACDs and BD~A/SACD combo discs. Superb recordings, audiophile sound, Auro 3D .... they had it ALL.

Do we know that 2L itself is going out of business, or merely their Klicktrack online music store? Their 2018-19 Release Plan is still up. Has anyone tried emailing Morten Lindberg?

Curtain falls on the Klicktrack web shop: Unfortunately, our aggregator has decided to pull the plug on our web shop interface. Final day running is October 23, 2018. Good point, humprof......and a robust 2019 release schedule! I tried googling 2L already and came up with no mention of their imminent demise.

By the way: 2L has a bunch of compelling videos on its YouTube page that shed light on Lindberg's surround recording philosophy and technique. (I especially like the one featuring TrondheimSolistene.)

There are many music downloads sites these days.
Not surprising that some, apparently like Klicktrack, may not make it financially.

It now says that Klicktrack went out of business vs. the earlier thread title asking if 2L was going out of business.
