I plan on buying a used Oppo Bdp-103D to use for ripping SACDs ( I will try to anyway,it looks complicated!)...The seller tells me the unit has been modified with a hardware board to make the unit region free. My question is will this modification affect the ability of the unit to rip SACDs? Has the chip been affected/changed?
