Looking at the web page for producer/ remixer Mark Saunders I saw this.

The Cure Pictures Of You 5.1 co-remixer/co-prog 2003

He remixed quite a few Cure tracks in the 90s (stereo only – extended or dance remixes) so it makes some kind of sense. I thought this might have been for the Cure Greatest Hits DVD but that was issued in 2001. So maybe there is an unreleased Cure mix out there. Nothing much else to say but I thought any other quaddy Cureheads might like to be tantalised by this news!

Maybe a 5.1 release from The Cure was planned for a possible DVD-A package and was later shelved. There were many titles from Warner/Elektra/Asylum that were cancelled at the last minute.
