2K Club - QQ Super Nova
It's probably on one of the 3 concert DVD released already.
1982 does not sound right for that though - are you sure it's not 1984 and incorrectly labelled on YouTube?

That looks like the OGWT performances that are listed in the contents for the DVD portion of Discipline- 1981.
That's the trouble with blogs - when something gets mixed is not necessarily indicative of what will get released.
For example, LTIA was mixed ages back - we used LTIA pt1 at the Air Studios preview event before the release of ITCOTCK even, and the first mix Steven did was "Discipline"
(which has changed dramatically since the initial test mixes too). Beat - as you say - has also been mixed, but as with LTIA not mastered yet (although I did do a master of LTIA for the event). TOAPP is definitely mixed by Steven (he and his clones* may or may not have found the time to do this yet but it is happening), Thrak is almost done (yes, by Jakko) and there will be still more - although I cannot say at this point what these will be.
S&BB has been mastered and I am awaiting the files now as well as all the additional material to be included (It's a shame there is not more of "The Nightwatch" live album)
and I can confidently state everyone will be very happy with this title.
As for the remaining title, here's a game:
Think about what year this is.......
EDIT:
Full tracklistings will be posted first here on Monday morning.
@ ssully...
The only missing multitracks on S&BB were Trio & The Mincer.
All the rest are full discrete remixes.
Neil that is great news! I cannot wait to hear Fracture in 5.1
