As a big fan of the 'old' Elvis, lots of his work could have been issued to Quad.

My top 5 that (I think) should get the Quad treatment:

#1 Moody Blue
#2 Let Me Be There (so close, was cut from the proper Live in Memphis LP)
#3 Suspicious Minds ( Elv1s DVD isn't very discrete)
#4 Burning Love (same reason as above)
#5 If I Can Dream (fairly certain this was recorded in studio for the TV LP)

Honorable Mention: 'Promised Land' - Q8 with this song is a poor excuse of a mix with too much vocal delay/echo/blergh.

Personally, I think the "Elv1s" DVD left a lot to be desired and relied way too much on re-channeled mono to 5.1 junk. Anybody else feel the same?

It's not a very popular dvd-audio disk that's for sure. Played mine one time. Has no resale value.

Yeah, any of his studio Lps from '68 - '73 would be on my list. "From Elvis In Memphis" would be especially fine, or "Elvis Country". Agree that "Moody Blue" or "Way Down" would be great in real MC!

"From Elvis In Memphis" was available in Japan as a CD-4 record and in the US and Canada on Q8-Track.
