If the title is new please include the following

2. Title of album
3. Record label
4. Catalog number
5. Quadraphonic format (QS, SQ, CD4, UMX)
6. Country of origin (U.S., U.K, etc.) since catalog
numbers change with country of origin

I will create separate threads for the other discographies for updates.

Thanks Kristian for the update and nice pictures. It looks like a clean copy.
Having 2 tracks on each side at 45rpm is not something you see everyday!

Anyone seen one of these before?

Title: 'LISTENING IS BELIEVING' CSP Classical QUAD 8 Demonstration Cartridge - Not For Sale
Label: Columbia Special Products
Catalog No.: CQ-10009

Program I
Left front Speaker 400 CPS
Right front Speaker 400 CPS
Left rear Speaker 400 CPS
Right rear Speaker 400 CPS
Mono Music
Stereo Music
Quadrasonic Music
Tchaikovsky: 1812 Overture, Op. 49 (Excerpts) - New York Philharmonic, Leonard Bernstein, Conductor

Program II
Tchaikovsky: Swan Lake Ballet, Op. 20 (Excerpts) - New York Philharmonic, Leonard Bernstein, Conductor
Act III - Opening,
Pas De Deux,
Finale

There are a few unusual things about this tape, for one from CBS/Columbia - one is that it's in a red RCA cartridge, rather than the standard dark grey CBS one. The other is that it uses wording you'd never see on Columbia releases: 'QUAD 8', 'Quadrasonic', and even 'Program 1'/'Program 2' (Columbia tape sides were just numbered '1', '2'). Could RCA have been making tapes for Columbia Special Markets?

I'm guessing it may be a "club" tape.

RCA had a Q8 club back in the 70's.Interesting cart Steelydave, thanks for the pic.

Just a little follow-up to the Q8 record clubs.

Two ads for; RCA and Coumbia's quad clubs.

Mark, take note of the "Donny Osmond" Q8 ( unfortunately the Q8 # is lacking)
