Does anybody know if the flip side of the 7-inch CD-4 test disc featuring Godfather Theme by Movie Symphony Orchestra ever come out on any Q8 or QR or if they did any other work?

Nope - got that on a Q8 same as the Denon quad demo LP.

Unless you have a different version and know from having played it that the track on there is the exact same as the one on the back of the CD-4 test disc then it's not the same thing.
