Except, Tormato is a bad Yes album. Although sadly, they proved they could do worse.

(That said, I think Tormato would be significantly improved by a good surround remix.)

HMV Japan informed Free Hand/Interview released in DVD-A/hi-rez.
Also says Quad Mix (DTS 96/24 &Dolby Digital).

That first Free Hand CD (One Way) was a cruel joke; more about bad EQ (no high end) than mix as I recall.

It seems I was recalling the second One Way release rather than the first one.

The description in the link matches what I remember of it....i.e., that it was a different mix. No mention of it being intended for quad, though.

Ok so if I translate this via Google it says:

"Free hand" (Freehand 1975) 7th album was released and moved to Kurisarisu. Work with the finest high calling.
· CD: latest album digitally remastered, DVD: audio only, hi-res original album remastered, Quad Mix (DTS 96/24 & Dolby Digital) recording the
· DVD Limited Edition with Audio

From this it sounds like a DVD-V not a DVD-A....
But at least its confirmed with DTS 96/24!!

Hello. I read this to be a QUAD mix only. Not 5.1. ??????? Thanks.

Not a band I have any connection to, so something I'd wait to hear feedback on, and not go out of my way for, but I found this somewhat odd as well. It'll still make a segment of the community happy, though.

Yep - Quad done back in the day....If you read post #1 - it mentions "recently found quad mixes".

P.S. I'm still thinking this might be a only a DVD-V... not a true DVD-A. Happy to be proved wrong.

They're definitely an "acquired taste" ..

£11.72 at amazon.co.uk (approx half the price it listed at Amazon.de...) there is not much to do wrong if it is MC and DTS :)
