Rarity: Common.
Price: New price was approx. $85 to $100.
Features: Auto-stop at end of Program 2 (Program 4 for 2 channel mode). Front and Rear output level adjust controls on rear of unit.
Comments: This was a small but pretty durable 2 & 4-channel playback deck that was sold by Radio Shack from 1973 through 1975. Was either sold as a part of their 'packaged' systems, or by itself. This is one of two home unit models that Radio Shack offered, the other one being the TR-284/284B unit.
I currently have one that I use at the workplace. Sound is provided by hooking up two pairs of computer speakers with their built-in amps.
