Can someone please convert some DVD-As into multiple WAV files per track for me?

I've got the Fear of a Blank Planet and The Incident Porcupine Tree DVD-As, but I can't find a way on Mac to rip the audio tracks individually.

If I were to "lend" an iso file of one of them, could someone rip them, make the conversion, and send them to me?

Any friend of yours with a PC can do that. It only needs foobar with DVD-audio plugin. I suggest direct ripping to flac.

Can you link me to a guide for that?
I can't do it on their machines, so I need a really simple guide for them to follow.

1) install foobar http://www.foobar2000.org/
[install flac codec http://flac.sourceforge.net/ (not sure if it's needed after foobar installation)]

2) install foobar DVD-audio plugin http://sourceforge.net/projects/dvdadecoder/

3) open the DVD-audio disc or the iso in foobar, you should see the mch and/or the stereo tracks

4) select the tracks to be converted, right click, "Convert ...", Output format: Flac, Destination: specify a HDD folder, "Convert each track to an individual file"

5) convert.

Done.
