Need Q8s coverted to DVD-A

Hello, I have 13 quad 8 track tapes I would like to have back ups of so I need someone who has the best possible player and card to convert them for me. I am looking for Hi-rez transfers. All but 2 were bought from the original owner who had over 600 8 track tapes and was a serious collector who stored them with great care so hopefully they will be able to obtain great results. They will need to be respliced together unless someone has a converted reel to reel setup. I'm more then happy to pay a reasonable amount to the right person. If you could PM me with any possible suggestion and or ideas that would be great. Here is a list and pic of them;
