This is an absolute masterpiece! Does anybody know any details about the source used for this SACD?

It would be a dream come true to have this in 5.1 from the orig. multi-track tape.

Either way, its nice to see Renaissance get some attention.

It is very unlikely that this will contain a 5.1, Audio Fidelity never released a surround SACD, they are stereo only (unfortunately).

Concerning the source, if it is mastered by Steve Hoffman, it would be the original analogue stereo mixdown master tape, and if it is mastered by Kevin Gray, there is a chance it would be a Hi-Res digital copy of the stereo master tape.

EDIT: it appears to be mastered by Kevin Gray. If they disclose the source on the Steve Hoffman forums, I'll let you know.
