Not now I don't...but I did "back in the day"...Savoy Brown should have been named Kim Simmonds and a cast of thousands...they had more lineup changes than any sports team...they toured more in the US than in their home country...here is one I remember..

Yes I know. The amazing thing about their lineup is it seemed to work, as far as this fan's concerned. I'm a fan of all the 60's and everything up to and including "Hellbound Train " .Scratched my head over their only Quad release Jack The Toad, just not up to par with all the prior Savoy Brown's.

Anyone who uses paypal (credit)...

I cancelled an order from Deep Discount. The original purchase was something like $124.98. I only received a refund of $116.03.

So - what the heck is up with that??

Did you happen to purchase it when they had their 15% off sale recently?

Why? Why? WHY!!! For some dumb reason, I got started right clicking on the foobar screen and next thing I know (with just a couple clicks) I have completely messed up what I'm seeing. I had no idea I could screw it up so bad....

Anyone know a quick fix to get it back the way I had it?? Here is a pic. No laughing... lmao

Restart program - see if it works if not, restart computer see if it works.........

sounds simple - sometimes simple stuff works

other things to try - disabling the plugin then re enabling it.........uninstalling/deleting plugin then reinstall it............uninstalling foobar reinstalling from scratch with all the plugins ya need (would hold off on that one - maybe someone else has better ideas)

don't freak - prob easy fix - someone might have some better ideas...........

don't think system restore to an earlier day will help on something like this :( - maybe though

Hold out til the experts arrive on the scene...............in fact GOS maybe make a separate thread about this so it does not get lost in this thread.

Hahahaha, ahum....sorry about that :couch. I think uninstalling and reinstalling the DarkOne skin will be the quickest way Gene. That only takes a minute or so, reconfiguring the panels will take a year by the looks of it ;) :violin. One thing you can try is preferences/display/columns ui, reset toolbars. I never tried that myself and don't intend to at the moment so I don't know what that does but I hope that helps.

That's a good point. So, I don't need to reinstall foobar, just the skin. Excellent idea.

While watching the infomercial for Time/Life's Soul of the 60's, I noticed a couple Barbara Lewis clips. This morning, I was binging on Barbara Lewis, one of the smoothest, most emotive soul singers of the '60's.

From '65, a live TV performance of Baby, I'm Yours (Billboard #11, written by Van McCoy): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7O-UOwdH5g

TV performance (Shindig?) from '65, Make Me Your Baby (Billboard #11): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adFbYZlmBUs

She wrote her first hit in '63, Hello Stranger (Billboard #3, also #15 pop/#1 A/C in '77 for Yvonne Elliman, also covered by Queen Latifah in '04 on her Dana Owens Album). It's soul with Bossa Nova style Hammond organ accompaniment. Also features the Dells on backup vocals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTkFwKW68IY

All these and more on Rhino's Hello Stranger: The Best of Barbara Lewis. You NEED it!

As many times as I've heard this song over the years...and as much as I love Zep....this version is my favorite...Ann Wilson can get it done!

Good article, Ryan, but it's encouraging that Wilson remains a BIG fan of the physical disc and the artwork which accompanies it.

Wonder if he's working on any more 5.1 remix projects?

Wonder if he's working on any more 5.1 remix projects?

He probably is, for just like he always says:
Please note that as a rule I can’t talk about projects that I’m involved in (and may even have completed) if they have not been officially announced by the artist and/or record company. And let’s just say that at any given moment there are usually a few of those.

So by that train of thought, there could always be some remixes he's working on that we don't know about yet, but like it is in any case, we'll know about something when we're supposed to know about it. :)
