Help with Channel Assignments please?

Can one of the Quad experts here please confirm the channel assignments for a quad digital file?

I'm looking at a Quad down-mix option from 5.1 to Quad and/or 4.1 and Stereo to Quad up-mix option for SpecWeb Helper.

Afaik (well this is how I've learned how to do it so as to be as widely compatible with external DACs, physical disc players, computer soundcards etc.. based on the feedback I've had so far..)

1 = Front Left,
2 = Front Right,
3 = Centre,
4 = LFE,
5 = Rear Left,
6 = Rear Right.
