In addition we include our own Involve mode ENCODER so you can experiment in encoding multichannel into an Involve stereo stream. Please note that any material published recorded in Involve format must have the Involve logo on it.

We will not be publishing the QQ prices anywhere and will only be available if you PM me so I know you are a QQ member.

We will be publicising this in various trade journals and press released. QQ are the first to know and thanks for all the help in the last few years, its been fun!

Hi All

As a matter of interest Overture (Dave the Bitch) recently recorded the Alan Parsons re released sample of "Money" from DSOTM - from the start to about 26 seconds in, using our Intelligent Involve record stereo / decode and compared it to the source discrete digital.

In the words of Overture:

Notice that we remain quite separated when we deliberately place material in the four channels, but during the decode once the rest of the instruments kick in, the ambient recording environment gets extracted, which is why we have more content in the rear channels at that point. None of that extracted content sounds unnatural, and it isn't a smear in any of the content, it's pure positioning.

The channel order from top to bottom on each file is Front left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right.

Below are the graphs
