I was watching the Amazon Prime live streaming of the "Funny or Die" Rose Parade commentary by Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon yesterday - pretty funny and maybe still available.
But more relevant is that someone pointed it out on Twitter to Michael McKean and Harry Shearer, two founders of the Los Angeles-based 70s comedy group The Credibility Gap. Apparently they used to do a comedic live FM radio commentary on the Rose Parade.
And in a follow on tweet I learned that it had been broadcast at least once on KMET in Quad!
