Best Buy Adds SACD & DVD-A Sections This Month

Best Buy has announced that it will be creating dedicated display areas for SACD and DVD-A discs in the Music Department of all of its stores by month's end.

I was in Best Buy today and they have them all over the place, a section by the audio department under the or beside the on lone SACD player on display and mixed in with the DVD-V / DVD-A section and dts cd/dvd-a A confussing mess to say the least !

Yes, that's how it has been in the Best Buy stores to date.

We'll see if the new signage, ads, reorg helps things.

I've noticed that the Sam Goody stores here have also moved the DVD-A/SACD sections away from the DVD's and in there own section next to the CD's. And by the way they are owned by Best Buy.
