Tower website lists some SACDs as being out of print already, including the multichannel Carole King Tapestry and other multichannel titles by Roger Walters, O'Jays, and Mary Chapin Carpenter (whoever that is). Strangely, the stereo version of Tapestry is still listed as being in print.

I wouldn't pay much attention to Tower's web site.
The SACDs they list as "Limited Quantity/Out of Print" are readily available on other web sites (Acoustic Sounds, Elusive Disc, Music Direct, etc.) and in Tower's own stores !
