Wow CD-4 with bass/treble/balance! But also how can it look so nice on the front & so craptastic on the back?

Another interesting feature is that internal/external 4 channel radar selector on the back. Does that mean you could hang a 500 watt light on the wall and have it light up when carriers are detected?

I wonder what the 9 pin "MCSS (or is it and "N"?)" jack is for.

The four channel aux. inputs have been modified to two channel input and two channel output, too.

MCSS seems to be what Victor called using DIN style connectors. I've seen 5 pin DIN used as outputs instead of RCAs on Japanese market open reel decks.
