I have to say this because otherwise someone else will:
Does anyone from Pink Floyd past, present, or desceased know about this? Does anyone at Samsung know anything about Pink Floyd?

Actually I think my post is best described as metonymic, a word I use at least three times a day in casual conversation.
I gave up on the Alaska size bed cuz I kept having to kick Sarah Palin out.

I've been living with 45-46 inchers for years, at some point Imma gonna want to get a bigger boat!

Which brings me to another thought ... 4K content is just coming around, but 8K is years off perhaps; would an 8K TV up-convert a standard 1920x1080 image in any noticeable way, like better contrast etc?
I'm still soldiering on with my 12 year old LG 47 inch LCD. Still works well, but a 65 4K TV will be my next acquisition in the next 12 months.

For those of you with BIG Dreams & even DEEPER POCKETS.......here's something or 2 that'll make you CREAM your GEANS!!!! I know some of you have both:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Too bad they aren't OLED though!!!

Not a temptation to me...I don't buy any Samsung products and I'd rather have a 77 OLED than the Sony listed above

Well, it's been a very quick 12 months/1 year. I have decided to go with LED LCD because I watch a lot of 4:3 and 2.35:1 material and have concerns about 'burn-in'. I also discovered that a 65 inch TV would be too big for my room, so I have ordered a 55 inch Sony X95H
