Scott Davies really did a good job on this album. In comparison to the my 1995 One Way Records copy, it’s so clear and immediate. It sounds like I’m listening directly to the master tape. I can’t wait until I hear the other two but, unfortunately, the cases on both Rhyme & Reason and Color In Your Life were badly damaged and I returned them to Amazon. If the other ones and the two Berlin and one Ric Ocasek CD’s I ordered sound this good, I want Mr. Davies doing all the reissues!

It really is. Nick Beggs left after this album, but they've since released a few more that I might download.

I think I like it, not sure yet LOL
The lyrics and pace and sound come across a bit ominous.
Hard to describe, not rock, not hip hop.
Sounds reasonably organic, though the drums especially the snare, seem a bit weird.

the numbering is somewhat hokey but - actually - low numbers seem to bring more value in mediums like ebay
