(NQRC) 4.0 and (ITU) 5(.1) Speaker Arrangements

At the moment, I have 4 Polk T15s that are arranged in a trapezoid pattern
(back speakers much closer together than the front speakers) for all of my
Surround Sound listening.

I was wondering if anyone is using the precise (NQRC) Quad speaker arrangement for
listening to "classic" Quad and then using the precise (ITU) 5 Speaker arrangement for
modern 5(.1) Surround Sound Music/Movies?
