Found THIS very interesting article last week.
Funnily enough I had been pondering ("are you pondering what I'm pondering, Pinky?") about either crystal or high resistance glass as the medium for future generations since tape, film, etc. (plastic y'awl, plastic) SUCKS and only lasts a few generations...
Methinks that THIS will be the consumer standard in the near future; we all know how all the "modern" media started at a prohibitive price and then came down to a "mortal" affordable price...can't wait to have these at home...
