What is your philosophy regarding the use of the LFE channel for music surround mixes? Is this something you choose to do or is it something required by someone higher up? Also, how do you decide how loud the LFE channel should be? There does not seem to be a standard among surround mixers and the LFE level changes radically from one surround recording to another in my collection.
