I have this album on LP which I bought in about 1969 or 70. Then in the nineties I got it on CD. I never knew they released an SACD of it. But it popped up on an ebay search and I grabbed it.

Olatunji's Drums of Passion. SACD Multi Channel. Wahoo! (enjoyable in all the formats! Also EXCELLENT for separating the men from the boys as far as your systems bass capabilities and stylus tracking)

Gene, Olatunji also has two fantastic multi~CH SACDs available on the Chesky label:

In addition to the "Drums of Passion" LP they released as a double album set "Drums of Passion" along with "More Drums of Passion" The latter never having appeared on CD as far as I can tell.

I have another one of his CDs called "The Invocation" released by Ryko

More Drums of Passion is available at no charge on mp3 (and possibly higher rez)
