A question for Apple/Mac people

Oh, so they have it even more screwed up than I realized! That's all... really special!
I never closely followed or had any interest in the iOS devices or Apple TV and the like. I got into their computers for audio.

Apple may look like happiness and light switching from Microsoft but from the view of long time Apple users it died with Steve Jobs.

I have no real issues with my Apple devices for music. To be fair, I don't even try to listen to music in surround any other way than surround FLAC files via my Sony Blu Ray player. The only music thing I listen to in surround from Apple is the new Pearl Jam album in Atmos.
