A song through Dolby upmixed to Atmos

A friend of mine and myself did a new song the last weekend. When I play it through my Denon AVR and let Dolby do the upmix it sounds like a really good Atmos-Mix.
I want to share this with you.

As far as I know, you can’t upmix to Dolby Atmos. You are using Dolby Surround and all it does is add the ceiling or upfiring channels. In other words, there are no “Sound Objects” mixed in. This has to be done by a sound engineer when mixing in Dolby Atmos. So, basically, it’s surround sound (5.1, 7.1) with added channels to get a more enveloping sound. I know you are hoping for an Atmos mix but, in some instances, Dolby Surround (very similar to Dolby Pro Logic) can be better for some people. Personally, I don’t care for Dolby Surround or the DTS upmixers because they not only add channels, the sound changes too. Auro-3D is the better upmixer all around.
