this one I wanted to post cause I have been trying to find this WB mug for YEARS cause the one I have is chipped in a couple of places although I still use it..bought this in the NYC Times Square WB store back in 1993 and have used it since...
I guess there's a MCH connection via the basically useless DVD-A released... so there ;)
Was VERY lucky to find it for $15 and mostly new!

I especially dig the Rock'n' Roll figure! I think they work here because of the final track on Hiromi's another mind:

Plus, that gave me a chance to line up all of Hiromi's multichannel releases that i am overjoyed to own!

I was lucky saw the Pete Townshend Psychoderelict solo tour in a small theater in Los Angeles and who does he pull on stage to play with him? The Ox.
It was a great show.

By the way I love the ticket stub porn above. I've saved many of mine too. Can't do that anymore in the digital age.

A Love Supreme: another lesson in perspective . . .

a second jazz print that my daughter decorated for Father's Day, 2000, when she was four. Coltrane's Concert in Japan was released in Synthesized Quad on LP. On the discogs release page for the cd pictured above, the following note appears:
"This concert was originally recorded monaurally for radio broadcast. The master heard here can be especially interesting when heard through matrix quadraphonic/stereo playback equipment."

I recently acquired a copy of this album but haven't listened yet. Interestingly enough, I was 4 in 2000 :) (probably the youngest on this forum!)

True, the album is not (yet!?) available in multichannel, but the Stones (or as Funkadelic called them, the Drones, which, depending on your take of the album, might be appropriate–me, i dig the record!) fall under the umbrella of "Multichannel Artists," so i love it! And you got the @haikubass stamp of approval through a like! Your post takes me back to the daze when i dropped out of college and had no job and had to sell some albums to pay the rent; a lenticular cover of Their Satanic Majesties Request fetched top dollar, so i let it go. Over forty years later, i still regret selling it! Stay Surrounded, Comrades!
Woo hoo! I found this at Dave's Records going-out-of-business sale: 50% off! I can't help but believe it's the same album i sold all those years ago! Framed and on display–makes me smile!

Here's the POST i wrote the day i bought the album! Stay Surrounded, Comrades!
