This has got to be one of the earliest Quadraphonic components to have been released.
 
There's a brief review of this amp in the November 1970 edition of Popular Science, Page 80. List price is given as $600.

Power output is listed as 35 Watts into 4 Channels...(RMS or Peak is not mentioned).

Scott lists this unit as a 1969 model on the cover of a late 70's brochure displaying a roundup of historical components in Scott Hi-Fi history.
