An incredible deal or a scam?

Looks legit, which makes me think the seller doesn't know much about what is being sold. But here it is, and from the US to boot.

Maybe they are just being nice, sometimes low start is a good attention getter, they could still back out.

I've bought from this guy before, and he's sold tons of stuff on eBay over the years so it is the real deal.

Collectability-wise, I'd say the value of this tape is hampered by physical condition (that label looks like about a 4 out of 10) and the fact that it doesn't have the cardboard slipcover. For every UK DSOTM tape that sells for an eye-watering 3 or 4 figure sum, there are 5 or 10 others that go under the radar and sell for less than a hundred bucks for various reasons.
