I have a Marantz 4000, which I like because the vari-matrix has a line-level output, not a speaker connection. The VM unit inside has stopped working, so I'm thinking of replacing the whole board, if I can find one with the same specifications that this board uses. Anyone know how many different types of VM boards were made?
Anyone here with "above-average" knowledge of Marantz vari-matrix boards?
