Disappointing for a long time fan of surround, but it is very good musically. Wasted opportunity by people who don't get it; Silverline indeed.

Ditto.

The surround effect is totally ambient, even the crowd seems to be up front. The music is good, but this is hardly the "full 5.1 surround sound" the package claims.

I'm a big fan of Joan Armatrading and would love to see some of her material properly released in surround. But this ain't it folks. Besides the 'back of the hall' use of surrounds the EQ is brutal with harsh highs and bloated lows. What a shame as the music is terrific. Surely Steven Wilson is a fan of "Walk Under Ladders" or "The Key". Please??
