I didn't know this collection from 2002 existed until I saw it at a late-night record shop one week ago. I didn't bite, but bought a used copy from Amazon for $0.01 + $3.99 S&H.

I thought it was worth $4.00 to find out if they went back to the multis and mixed this properly, but I'm afraid it's all fake surround

I looked here before buying but didn't find anything about this disc, so here it is for person who comes looking 12 years from now.
