I haven't recorded Cd-4 albums for a long time,but now I an getting a nasty beat signal between the Computor and 2 different decoders.
Anyone else have/had this problem?

Check out the power supply of the PC.
I had something similar two years ago as the PS wasn't stable as it should, and thru ground it was feeding ultrasonic noise into the demod which... demodulated it effectively, adding a big bunch of very audible noise on the cd4 record played back and recorded on the pc.

Damn, I had the same problem a decade ago and forgot changing the P.S. solved it .
Thanks for reminding me!
I put a heavier duty unit in and it will so much work to change it again, oh well.
