I've found myself with an extra copy of the BD from this release due to getting sent one that was trashed otherwise (but this disc and sleeve are perfect if you're cool having it as a standalone in a cardboard slip case).

Thanks again Rusty for your generous offer. I trimmed the cardboard sleeve a bit to fit a CD case, printed a color insert for the back of the CD, and voila you have a semi-legit Blu Ray. Not sure why the picture turned out so crummy...
