Please post your thoughts and comments on this 2014 Blu-Ray Audio release from Depeche Mode of their album "Delta Machine", available in the "Live in Berlin" deluxe edition.

My review is for the 5.1 mix of Delta Machine.
(Not the Live in Berlin)
I love the songs & fidelity is superb.
Unfortunately I found it very front heavy.
There's just not enough discrete content mixed to the surround channels. It's too bad because at times there are some very cool sounds coming out of the surrounds.
 
I completely agree with the review above.
However, I would like to remark that it is not a "bad" 5.1 mix or master, just uninspired and not on par of the music.

Music: 2.5/3
Sound: 3/3
Mix: 1/3
Lossless: 1/1
 
Being quite new to having the surround setup, I was pleasantly surprised by the intense deep bass on this release,- at some points I was sure it peeled the painting off my walls...
