For the list, I have this cd and it has the same SQ quad mix as the lp:
Artist - Dzyan
Title - Time Machine
Label - Bellaphon/Bacillus
# 288-09-108
It is an avant garde electric jazz fusion progressive rock album, all instrumental, but very cool. The quad mix is really dynamic, pretty much an SQ demo.

Thanks! I'm specifically looking for the quad on CD/BR/file, etc. as I don't have an LP decoder..

I don't think that it has ever been released that way. The Quad on the CD is the same as on the LP and needs a decoder.
