Well bad news and a bummer...I got this email below from Earthquake and was so excited to be able to swap out the amp for $99.
Guess what? They told me they made a mistake and now want $400 for a new amp and won't budge. They won't honor their email.
Looks like I'm in the market for a new sub, and certainly will not be buying an Earthquake product.
- If you send it for repair, we will quote you the cost to fix the problem (if we can). The cost is about $150 to $199. Anything above this price is not recommended.
- The alternative, which most people elect to do, is to purchase a brand new amplifier. The new amplifier has been upgrade to the newer version as attached. Cost is $99 plus SH
