This thread has some interesting links for eight channel volume controls. There are some kits from Alie Express and a built unit or two.
Links to a guy that measured the SINAD of one and got about 84db. Back in the day that would have been great. Now only "fair" but probably inaudible anyway.

Now we just need some good selector options. So far ,in my investigations, this is in the lead:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...8a-0&pdp_ext_f={"sku_id":"12000016164714905"}I plan to stack two (six channel) or three of them (nine channel)
Someone sent me a two channel one and the switches are decent and the video channels are the same as the audio except for the RCA color.
Compact.

Too bad none of those are balanced. The best 7.1 switchers are the Coleman (XLR) and the Zektor (RCA), if you can find them.

The Atlona is discontinued just like the Zektor as they where the same time period. I have used both brands over the years for video distribution usually over Baluns and HDMI and think they are comparable. I could not find any on Ebay but this is what I am currently using
Atlona AT-COMP-44M
