But the Yessongs film was just released on Blu-ray this year. I understand that you don't get all of it but it is something. I haven't heard it yet.

actually was released a couple of years ago
That movie on Blu ray......the soundtrack sounds like it was recorded in the restroom.....absolutely horrible.....waste of plastic....but so far my favorite version of Yessongs is the 2017 Japanese 7" SACD/Hybrid....sounds like its quad in my car system.....comes highly recommended.....but hard to find now and quite $$

Yes Relayer, done properly.
Genesis Wind & Wuthering, done properly
the two Bruford albums, done properly
ELP Trilogy, done properly, and Works I
Jethro Tull A
Nektar Recycled
Led Zep Physical Graffiti
Mahavishnu Orchestra Visions of the Emerald Beyond
Prince Lovesexy (a *much* more densely mixed, surround-friendly album than Sign O' The Times)
Kate Bush Hounds of Love
Cocteau Twins Heaven or Las Vegas
Beatles Magical Mystery Tour
any Cream album, because they sound poorly and it would be nice to hear them sound better...but AFAIK the multitracks are gone
So someone doesn't like what Steven Wilson did? I think what he has done is great but not without more inspiration.

I know Pink Floyd has been mentioned before, but I just can't understand why they don't release a huge surround Box Set:

The Sound Surrounds...
1) Atom Heart Mother Quad (previously released) + 5.1 (would require new mix)
2) Meddle 5.1 (previously released - kind of) + Full Album in Quad (If it exists; Echoes is previously released)
3) Obscured by Clouds 5.1 (Produced, but unreleased)
4) Dark Side of the Moon (Quad and 5.1 previously released)
5) Wish You Were Here (Quad and 5.1 previously released)
6) Animals 5.1 (Produced, but unreleased) + Quad (if it ever existed)
7) The Wall 5.1 (possibly produced?)
8) The Final Cut (not yet made)
9) Momentary Lapse of Reason (to be released in December 2019)
10) The Division Bell (previously released)
11) The Endless River (previously released)

If it is was reasonably priced, I would swallow the pain on the extensive double-dipping just to encourage multi-channel releases.
I have Dark Side & Wish on Blu-ray with 5.1 & Quad.

My wants are simple: My dream release is simply the existing Scheiner 5.1 mix of Steely Dan's Pretzel Logic. Sadly, I suspect we'll never hear it. I tried once. I got as far as communicating with Scheiner's agent, but he was not at all encouraging.
Keep trying, I wish I had the connection to put in my two cents. Love it!

Thanks for the heads up ... I will look for the SACD. Amazing concert!

Hysteria would be a prime candidate if only because Mutt Lange made them play chords one string/track at a time so the separation would be insane!
And most of their albums since Hysteria have also been laid down in a similar fashion. I once read somewhere that their classic backing vocals are like 90+ tracks all mixed together.

I read the entire post, created a list prior and eliminated anything mentioned.
Cat Stevens : Tea for the Tillerman
Joe Walsh : The Smoker you drink, the Player you get
Harry Nilsson : Schmilsson
David Bowie : Hunky Dory
Ted Nugent : Ted Nugent
Extreme : Pornograffitti
Dixie Dregs : What If & Dregs of the Earth
Roger Waters : The Pros & Cons of Hitchhiking
Neil Young : Everybody Knows this is Nowhere

These were already mentioned but hell yea:
Kansas : Leftoverture
Led Zeppelin : Physical Graffiti
Boston : Boston
Van Halen : Van Halen & 1984
Queen : Sheer Heart Attack
Jethro Tull : Crest of a Knave
Journey : Infinity
Rolling Stones : Let it Bleed
The Beatles : Rubber Soul & Revolver

I love Van Halen, but those albums are like 4 track. Not literally, but there's pretty much drums, vocals, bass, backing vocals and then Ed's guitar, plus usually a dubbed solo. There are like 6 elements total. The focus was on Ed's insane playing. I can't imagine there's enough content for any real separation and stuff without just being big stereo, with the backing vocals in the surrounds.

I have a growing list of titles that if done well, I would gladly pay $ for:

Jean-Luc Ponty - Enigmatic Ocean, Cosmic Messenger, Imaginary Voyage, Mystical Adventures, etc.
Al Di Meola - Elegant Gypsy, Casino, Hotel Splendido, etc.
Return To Forever - Romantic Warrior, Where..., No Mystery
Chuck Mangione - Feels So Good
Steve Vai - Passion And Warfare
Fleetwood Mac - Tango In The Night
Joni Mitchell - Hejira, Court..., Hissing...
Earth Wind & Fire - All N’ All
Christopher Cross - s/t
Joe Satriani - Flying In A Blue Dream, The Extremist
Pantera - Vulgar Display Of Power
Parliament/Funkadelic - Mothership..., Clones..., etc.
