Grazin' (1969) was The Friends Of Distinction's debut LP and first of several quad releases, originally issued on quad 8-track in the United States (as part of RCA's original 'PQ8' series) and CD-4 LP in Japan. The album features the hit singles "Grazing In The Grass" and "Going In Circles".

The quad LP omits the songs "Help Yourself (To All Of My Lovin')" and "Lonesome Mood", presumably to balance the running time between sides and/or prevent carrier distortion in the inner grooves.

The quadraphonic mix is currently available to stream in "Dolby Audio" on Apple Music.
