I'm selling a Sansui QSE-5B and Sony QSE-2000. What would be fair prices on these?

Ah! A typo, that explains it. Thanks. It's an SQE-2000 Sony SQ encoder.
Valuation is hard with these things because the typical use was broadcast, and that market is not there. Plus, I searched ebay and there's people who put them up and then don't complete the sale for whatever reason. Not much help there. There was some talk here on QQ I recall about the Sansui. Try the model number in the search bar at the top right of the page.

I regret not asking sooner about the tapes you had for sale, I was hoping they would be listed here at the Buy, Sell, Trade swap meet, or perhaps a link to a popular auction site, but I did not see them.

I’d check to see what they went for on ebay. Then drop that price by 10 - 15%.
