true.. i've still pre-ordered it, sounds like two unreleased Quads maybe? a Pye mix and a Westlake mix? wording kinda unclear.

no mention of the Shamal album in Quad, so i guess that SQ labelled LP of it that's popped up for sale a few times over the years is a misprint after all..

I have Shamal with the SQ logo, it sounds like quad to me but I only have the built in logic decoder on my kenwood 9940 and my turntable is an old pioneer pl12d with newmark gt needle. I'm convinced that this album was at least being considered for a quad release.

They charge you upfront for one song, streaming. Hmm. Will be a shame not to snag the physical box (but it lists 12 discs, not 13) for that price if it IS the physical box.

Well it does not rate for me up there with WYWH or Relayer, or Thick as a Brick but it’s a good little prog album and should be very fun in quad. Let’s hope it’s not a big expensive ordeal.
