Surely not from Japan, there's no kanji anywhere, but can't figure out anything more than a late 1972-early 1973 release date, judging from the track list. From the run-out area i could guess a matrix system but there's no mention or logo of anything anywhere.

EDIT 2: from the description seems to be a ambient surround, hafler-style maybe.

Looking at the Radio Museum pages, the cheaper one has a 4 speed record changer, the more expensive one a 2 speed. No FM stereo radio, just AM band. Same transistor complement leads me to think the receiver is the same in both models. They are claiming only ambience in rear speakers rather than quadraphonic. I think it is likely RM or maybe even EV4 as Australia did get a few EV4 titles we didn't in North America.
