Is it matrix or discrete? (poorly labeled LP)

Hi all:

I picked up a pristine LP on ABC Classics labeled as "Compatible Stero/Quad" but no indication if it is a matrix or CD-4 format. I'd rather not play it if it is discrete for fear of damage. Any ideas? It is ABC Classics AB-67012 (2 LP), a recording of music from 1608 "La Dafne" by Gagliano (I know, not a lot of interest in early music here).

It is QS (or RM). Many ABC albums were released in QS without the logo, so they did not have to pay Sansui royalties.
