I bought one within the last six months and mainly to get the stylus as I already had a cartridge body so, now I have two EPC-450C-II bodies and two styli but the original stylus is worn and won't reliably trace the super sonic frequencies in the inner grooves. The EPC-450C-II stylus is clear.

With the new stylus the cartridge sounds terrific!

I also have an EPC-451C. The EPC-451C stylus is red.

I wonder how much he wants for it.

I just pulled the trigger on that Technics 3480 you posted about, got tired of waiting for one come up on auction so I am looking for the sc cart but I wouldn't risk buying on fb, heard about burns more than once.
Original plan was to get an SE-405 and save money but I just can't resist oddball stuff.
